My eta expires in July 25 2026.

I am travelling on 25th may of may staying for 3 months. Do I need to apply for a new eta

Started at 250kg and I’m down 34kg in 3 months. I know that’s a lot and I’m proud of it, but honestly I’m starting to feel overwhelmed thinking about how long it’ll take to reach my goal.

Some days it feels motivating, other days it feels like I’ve barely started even after losing this much.

Anyone else who started at a really high weight feel like this during the journey?
