Just wanted to share since I definitely sought these posts out last year and didn't find many that were current. My due date for my second child should fall a few weeks before my 3 year anniversary of my L4-L5 MD. My initial recovery was kind of rough(if you look through old posts) but have been able to pretty much get back to everything I was doing before, including competing on my horse, I typically use a studio bike now more than I run but still will go for the occasional run without issue, and very active on our rural property and home renovations.

I'm 30 weeks pregnant this week and actually competed on my horse all of last weekend without issue(will be last competition until baby arrives though). I still see a PT every 4-6 weeks just to keep my core program in check, who I've made a point in seeing since after the surgery just on my own accord for accountability . She's also a pelvic floor therapist and works a lot with post partum programs so having her as a resource has been great.

To date, nothing really notable has come up that I would tie back to the surgery and hoping it stays that way. If helpful to anyone, would be more than happy to keep updated

Hello,

Planning a Disney trip for early 2027 and we are booking 3 rooms:

-grandparents

- my family +3.5 yo + 7 mo old

- my sister's family +5 yo

Due to my having a 7 mo old, I will be getting a family suite for the sake of a separate bedroom and a door for naps

I've gotten pricing through a travel agent for some Disney resorts and if we stay on Disney, we'll likely do art of animation due to skyliner and large zero entry pool

My question is given we have young children, I'm guessing the rides that they will want to use are not going to be the ridiculously long line rides where the early access lightning pass becomes super important but I could be wrong? We intend to hit the parks mostly during week days.

Second consideration is that we may do some non-Disney stuff on some of the days- open to suggestions???

Is it worth considering an off campus or non Disney resort? Thinking things like larger rooms, perhaps breakfast included, perhaps cheaper or better food options, lower room cost for the suite, etc.

I haven't been to Disney since I was a small child myself so I'm pretty clueless
