how do you orchestrate multiple MCPs?

Do you use multiple MCPs with AI? How do you orchestrate them and make sure the AI uses each one correctly?

While building real projects with AI, I noticed that the biggest problems were often not about intelligence. The AI would lose track of the task, repeat work, miss requirements, or finish without checking the result.
