Hi guys, I've moved into a new rental property and lets just say it isn't up to my cleanliness standards. Both the kitchen tiles and the fridge door are a bit funky and I'd love to get them back to a nice standard. I don't want to ruin either of these surfaces. Pictures attached of both, but the tiles just look kinda dirty in spots and the grout need cleaning up without damaging it if possible. Secondly the fridge door has this yellow discolouration, which kinda of reminds me of a grease layer but it's peeled in certain areas and looks better, however it hasn't lifted at all with soapy water and a microfibre cloth.

So please can people advise me on:

1. are these tiles actually dirty or is it just how they look?
2. how to clean them, without damaging them.
3. Is there a way to clean / restore the fridge front without damaging it?
