I have an SaaS product with pricing tiers 199, 399, custom per month. We've always required a CC for signup to start the 14 day free trial. We keep coming back to the question of if we would have higher adoption if we eliminated the CC requirement, but at the same time we don't want to get a bunch of low value signups or inflate costs.
