Hello, I am a senior at my HS who has an aspiring dream to become an EE. One thing that has fascinated me since the Iron movies was the idea of innovation. I also love the idea of working at an office job. The problem is that I’ve heard that EE is a degree rather than a job itself. That being said how would I know what kind of jobs are categorized in the EE field and how would I know what is right for me.

Another question unrelated to the top one, does your job offer health insurance? I am currently on life-long medication that is heavily reliant on insurance due to high costs (+4000/ month) and I cant risk perusing a job that doesn’t offer insurance and also risking my medication.
