I’m Overwhelmed plan vs 1-month long videos for Quant — am I missing anything?

I’m following the I’m Overwhelmed plan for quant of gregmat but have not so bad math skills. Are there specific topics where the 1-month long videos are significantly better than PrepSwift, and should I supplement with them? Or is the Overwhelmed plan sufficient on its own?
