Lupus and the menstrual cycle

Let’s talk Lupus and Periods because I’m actually tired of having period problems and going to the gynaecologist for him to say “oh it’s the lupus, nothing else is physically wrong if you were healthy you would be in prime condition for reproduction”… then to hear the rheumatologist say “oh that’s not my area go to the gynaecologist”… they actually both send me back and forth and it’s absurd…
A few years back, on the recommendation of the rheumatologist I was sent to the gynaecologist for a copper T. Now when I ask them if it could possibly be the reason for my worsening period problems they send me back and forth, no one confirms anything.
Researching things for myself is exhausting because either theres not enough information available, or everything is a trial away from failure and unavailable in my country.
My period pains have always been terribly debilitating and come with large clots but I apparently don’t have any blood disorders. I literally pass out from the pain, cold sweat, vomiting and diarrhea… it’s insane because It’s not even heavy…
