I tried to problem solve on Exercism, the first question was easy it was writing Hello world. but next problem gets more difficult and unapprochable

it was rough trying to problem solve in Java and it ruined my enjoyment of Programming

Even the breaking down solutions didnt help because i am stuck on some small problems trying to tackle

how can i problem solve efficiently?

I wanted to build my own apps especially making my own Microsoft 365 but the Java Swing library is so hard to style due to Layouts and centering, I cannot use JavaFX due to having to deal overwhelming amounts of Project folders and many XML folders and the installation process is very annoying because i had to configure Intellij in order to make javaFX run, what should i do if i want to learn GUIs?
