Why does she do this?

Why does my female ferret constantly lick and bite my male ferrets ears? They were recently introduced but they frequently fight because of this. How to resolve this so they can all get along?

Sick ferret

(2 VIDEOS)
This is Nico. She is nearly 5 years old and is obviously unwell. The first video was from a few weeks ago and I suspected she had a hairball or some minor impaction and it would pass. That is not the case anymore, she hasn’t been eating and is losing weight. Her coughing/hacking hasn’t stopped and it’s turned into internal gurgling and grumbles. I have a vet appointment scheduled but I want to determine what’s causing this sickness. I suspect it’s impaction and I’ve been told Vaseline and petroleum jelly can act as laxatives and help. I ask you to help me figure out what’s going on and I’m begging for assistance from anyone who knows about this or has experience. Thank you, and please help us out.

Update on integrating aggressive ferrets.

About 1 year ago I made a post on here asking how I should introduce my original pair of ferrets into an established group of 4. I got helpful advice and proceeded to introduce everyone all together in a neutral space. The girl ferret in the original pair was extremely aggressive, there was lots of attacking, loud yelping, and poop/pee. The only blood actually came from me when the aggressive girl bit me on the finger by accident, but aside from that there were only surface scabs on the ferrets. After this my fear and laziness got the better of me and I decided just keep them separate. I tried again a few months later with the same result—fighting and aggression. I gave up again. The amount of time being consumed and energy spent on them has been getting slightly overwhelming and harder to manage especially since I’m going into my upperclassman years of school and time is becoming more and more constrained. Is it possible to try again? I believe I’m capable of keeping consistency but I need proper advice. If it’s best to keep them separate I can continue to do so. Please ask questions if needed, I’m happy to provide.
