The final episode is not bad like the people have been saying, and here's why 👇

So i read a lot of reviews that they shat in the final episode, but here's what i think, the clickbait of the last ep's poster was definitely the bad part. But the storyline and ending is not bad. The only mistake they did it was to release the episodes weekly. People just took each episode as a different element. If it would have been released once, it would have been 100x better to watch in continuity. We watched it episode wise weekly, and couldn't maintain the connectivity.

Think upon it once, if it was released together, wouldn't you have liked it better?

But still it's just my opinion. Everyone is free to have theirs just like me.

Form check - Cable Crunches !!!

This is the first time I am trying cable crunches, so I know the form will be pretty bad. There was no trainer at that time in the gym, so I couldn't ask him.

In my previous gym, I used to do crunches (including oblique) on the abdominal crunch machine. But this gym doesn't have that. So decided to switch to cable crunches. Also what other exercise can i do for training oblique abs, since I can't do on the machine now

I have budget issues so I was using Jan Aushadhi Whey protein which worked good for me. But it's out of stock in every store near me. So I want to switch to some other brand temporarily but in the same budget. What are my options, I am thinking about the Nakpro impact whey.

Also is soy protein good in this range, can i get it for my protein intake. The taste could be decent, i don't care. but it needs to be working. If yes what are my option in this range, i mean under ₹1300.
