How to remove map light assembly?

So after researching and finding multiple tutorials on how to do it ..turns out mine is assembled differently or something. I broke something.. I can't get the whole part out together because the black plastic underneath is under the headliner!

Are there any instructions on how to remove, am I missing some screw removals or something? Maybe I need to remove the sunglasses compartment first?

I'm quite stuck and would appreciate some help, thanks.

Is everyone missing driver side hand support?

I notice I have the hand support things everywhere except for the one that should be directly above my head. It has covers where the mounts would be, seems OEM. Can I just add one there, or is it missing for good reason?

What could this be after alignment?

Toyota 4runner 2025 V6.

Just got alignment done and this started. Only thing they adjusted is FR wheel, apparently toe issue. The noise is coming from FR. What could this be, and what can I do to diagnose?
