Total sperm count: 29.5M

Total motility: 19%

Immotile 81%

Progressive motility: 16%

Morphology: <2%

Lifestyle-wise:
no smoking

no alcohol

no cannabis

exercise regularly (not extreme)

healthy high-protein/home-cooked diet with lots of vegetables

taking fertility vitamins + vitamin D, coenzyme q10,

trying to optimize sleep as much as possible despite shift work
