For all who have had multiple Winches which brand seems to be the best? I’ve been wanting to try the 9500 pound badland winch from harbor freight, is that brand any good?

I got a 2012 jeep wrangler I turn it on it will stay running for a few minutes then shut off. If I put it in drive it stalls fortunately I was able to get to a gas station, the gas light was on I filled it up. But it still stalls could it be the fuel pump relay? Which I believe is an easy and inexpensive fix.
