My case for i-765 initial OPT EAD has been pending over 4.5 months even with premium processing (Applied 13th Dec 2025). I had and RFE and NOID to which i responded promptly with accurate evidences. Even after 2x premium clock reset, the timeline has exceeded. I have raised a service request, congressional inquiry and also tried to connect with Tier 2 Officer. Everything has been dead end. Can anyone help me understand my case and how i can resolve this.
PS: I am not from banned countries.
