I have a studio ~400 sq feet on the top floor of The Link Evanston available from 7/1 to 8/30. $1950/month, and I’ll pay for utilities. You can see the train station and the lake right from the window! The building also has a gym and a sauna. The room will be unfurnished, but it comes with a Murphy bed and mattress, so it’s super convenient!
