Hello, everyone.

Because I have an appointment in a month (1st June) I hope that someone here can tell me what's going on since different chatbots are saying different stuff. Doctors suspect that I have PCOS (my hormones are healthy, I'm active person, 26 years old, 174.5cm tall and 62kg.

I did my first insulin resistence test in October 2025, results were:
glucose 0' - 4.66 (ref. values 3.5-6.1 mmol/l)

glucose 30'- 5.78

glucose 60'- 4.69

glucose 90'-4.37

glucose 120'- 4.68

----------------------------------------------------------------

insulin 0' -4.97 (ref. values 2.67-37.6)

30'- 76.46

60'- 50.20

90'-27.40

120' -33.62

Today's results are:

glucose 0' - 4.50 (ref. values 3.5-6.1 mmol/l)

glucose 30'- 6.50

glucose 60'- 4.40

glucose 90'- 3.68

glucose 120'- 3.23

----------------------------------------------------------------

insulin 0' -6.14 (ref. values are changed 6-27)

30'- 129.0

60'- 90.9

90'-60.3

120' -30.2

P.S. I have vitamin D deficiency. In October it was 21, today (despite intake with vitamin k2 and magnesium) is 24.

Is test from today much worse? And what can you say about my results?
