Because I have an appointment in a month (1st June) I hope that someone here can tell me what's going on since different chatbots are saying different stuff. Doctors suspect that I have PCOS (my hormones are healthy, I'm active person, 26 years old, 174.5cm tall and 62kg.
I did my first insulin resistence test in October 2025, results were:
glucose 0' - 4.66 (ref. values 3.5-6.1 mmol/l)
glucose 30'- 5.78
glucose 60'- 4.69
glucose 90'-4.37
glucose 120'- 4.68

glucose 0' - 4.50 (ref. values 3.5-6.1 mmol/l)

P.S. I have vitamin D deficiency. In October it was 21, today (despite intake with vitamin k2 and magnesium) is 24.
Is test from today much worse? And what can you say about my results?
