crystal pvp bot transformer model winning multiple rounds

crystal pvp bot transformer model winning multiple rounds

you can see it even killed someone while they were flying with the elytra lmao. Crystal base v2. we have more people helping on the project which is a god send. The model is genuinely becoming better / improving, it just needs more data for discovery, for example it can shoot bows or select gapples but not use them properly ( not enough data in imitation base core to discover it naturally) this will be fixed as more data collection data from pros or real people who volunteer is added. it basically is the "most intelligent bot" because its basically the only public crystal pvp transformer model that performs like it does.

minecraft sword ai version 32

crystal base transformer v1 is almost done, im just fixing some problems with it lmao. Biggest issue i had so far with it was it degrading into melee, i fixed that issue and its anchoring and crystalling, ill release it when me and centerx are both happy with its performance. I have no clue what im doing, like 0 game sense, the only reason these models (especially sword) work is because of centerx telling me the style of pvp and his data. i do apologise if these posts are too frequent, am trying to post status updates etc, i think crystal is the way to go forward, so i think i might train a efficient well performing sword model that is easy to run and is best of both worlds then move onto fully going with crystal, crystal is training right now as im typing this. https://minecraftcombatai.com/ oh also, a website for the bots ig. and a future mc bot tierlist coming soon that you guys can compete for who has the best model!.,

MLP transformer sword ai release (dont use nova client)

me and centerx gave the nova client dev a shitty old mlp checkpoint, he then took it and gave "credit" to us and said he would "collect data" and give us data because we gave him the sword mlp model, he didnt do that LOL, instead he fucked us over and has backtracked completely, stating he will "make better ai functions / features" in his client. I dont respect people who dont keep their word, he told me and centerx that if we gave him the mlp, he would give us data from client users to further train the model, instead of doing this hes keeping the data to himself and wants us to give him the transformer model which is around HT3, if he ever got ahold of that model i would genuinely release it, the irony is the model i gave him, the mlp, was the model before v6. You can embed the mlp into jars etc. https://huggingface.co/sdffewe/minecraft-combat-MLP me and cetnerx are both dedicated to hopefully getting the ai automation aspect from hard to collect / get the ball rolling to easy to do, this is why we release base models for crystal etc.
unrelated but below is the current inference interface for sword ai and crystal model.

Crystal pvp ai v2

i was told that it wouldnt beat humans and that atleast cpvp was safe from ai lmaoo, but that is still the case, the ai me and centerx are currently working on now can beat most lt5 and potentially ht5, that doesnt sound that impressive but this is just the data collection model, it automatically queues and plays hundreds of thousands of games, it can even totem now, NONE OF THIS IS USING PACKETS, AUTOMATION ETC, the model decides everything, it can read the game state and its own health (refer to the bar that corrolates with the ingame health), notice how when the bar goes lower it swaps in the totem etc. PLease note: anyone who can anchor or crystal fast will probably beat it, but as of now its pretty impressive. Me and centerx, we did release crystal base v1, so you guys can technically do this aswell with reinforcement learning, so we did not gatekeep, the credit for the model having good gamesense and actually winning all goes to centerx (i know fuck all about mc pvp, he is the reason these models are even able to fight and perform well). Overall, stay in the loop as we are going to further improve and iterate on this. The models will be scaled to transformer soon, im just collecting loads of opponent data so the model learns how to copy good opponents and beat bad opponents. ONce that base model is done we can use it as a SOLID rl base for transformer.

Minecraft ai that can play crystal pvp

it currently cant totem well or heal, but its a huge WIP, for reference my previous sword model had 4k unique player styles in its dataset, this one only has around 500 and is an MLP model, i cant train the transformer chunk without having large amounts of data, if i trained the trunk now it would overfit like crazy. The model owns everything clicking, aiming, moving etc everything, the ai is basically playing the game. it also tries to minimize the damage it takes while maximising the other opponents damage, it works like a mirror, the ai thinks the "game" is a chessboard, its trained on both its own positions and the opponents, so to it its placing chess with positioning lol. EVERYTHING here is vanilla, the model IS NOT MODIFYING OR tamporing with the game. the model (sorta) can detect cheaters too, the sword model atleast, the cheater detector only works for sword but its pretty accurate aside from speed, speeds inference code is broken so it doesnt account for knockback or elytra atm. If you have any suggestions for it please let me know!, someone was asking me if my sword model was opensource, yeah i did open source the v6 transformer, its on hf here: https://huggingface.co/sdffewe/minecraft-combat-transformer/tree/main i did use ai to write the model write up, and upload the model to hf as i wasnt home at the time. More discression, if the ui seems "vibe coded" its true, it was vibe coded. id say though 90% of my model advances especially for sword is thanks to centerx, he reviews vibe coded clients hes really epic! honestly, if it wasnt for him id probably be stuck on v6 and have a lt5 level bot lol, but thanks to him the sword bot can easily beat lt3 and ht3, without breaking a sweat, and potentialy even beat LT2 and maybe HT2, the sword model did go against tryh4rdd, a retired ht1, it got him down to 1hp, for an ai this is absolutely insane, all be it sword is quite a basic gamemode. Im going to further contribute and keep working on my research, if you guys want me to change the UI please let me know, this project is as much as centerx (the model side, he helped ALOT with tuning and aligning the model especially for RL and good performance, genuinely model would have stayed bad if it wasnt for his insight and feedback). I wanted to be honest in this post since i felt somewhat bad for being ominous in my last post, simply posting a video with a ai slop thumbnail instead of elaborating what we did using my own words, which ive tried to do now. EDIT: not making the same mistake again, here is the base model for you to tune your own models to: https://huggingface.co/sdffewe/mcpvpcrystalaimodel DO NOT MAKE CHEATS PLEASE, im not responsible for your actions nor what you do with it, just credit me if you can. If you can play legit and collect data please contact me. Thank you.

MInecraft ai combat bot swordpvp

this is a video of a combat ai transformer i trained beating 50 players in a row on minemen, it basically obliterated most of the pool it faced, and when it faced a challenge it used its 5 seconds of temporal context to get out of comboes etc, it was reinforcement trained by myself using a custom sim for this speciifc version. its quite interesting.

MInecraft combat ai model

https://huggingface.co/sdffewe/minecraft-combat-transformer

I’ve been working on a Minecraft PvP/combat transformer model and finally put a public checkpoint on Hugging Face: minecraft-combat-transformer.

The basic idea is pretty simple:

Instead of hardcoding a bunch of movement rules like “always W-tap here” or “strafe left when close,” the model looks at a rolling window of Minecraft combat ticks and predicts what should happen next.

Each input sample is a sequence of recent ticks. Every tick contains combat/gameplay features like distance, velocity, ground state, sprinting, attack cooldown, hurt time, aim error, opponent movement, opponent aim pressure, and other state values. The model uses a transformer over that sequence, so it can learn timing/rhythm instead of only reacting to the current frame.

The model then outputs probabilities for multiple heads, for example:

forward: back / hold / forward
strafe: left / hold / right
sprint probability
jump probability
attack_now probability

It also predicts combat outcome signals like:

will_hit
will_be_hit
commit_punish
space_safe
combo_risk
walkdown_trap
sprint_crit_incoming
jump_crit_window
opp_aim_lock

So it is not just “press keys from imitation.” It also tries to estimate whether committing, spacing, jumping, or eating a sprint-in is likely to go well or badly.

The checkpoint I released is from the best validation epoch, not the final epoch. Training started overfitting after that, so early stopping restored the best weights.

Some held-out validation numbers from the selected checkpoint:

forward opp-human macroF1: 0.873
strafe opp-human macroF1: 0.816
attack_now AP: 0.868
jump AP: 0.296
sprint AUC: 0.986
opp_aim_lock AUC: 0.994
commit_punish AUC: 0.969
space_safe AUC: 0.981
sprint_crit_incoming AUC: 0.993

The main thing I was trying to fix was the common failure mode where a bot holds reach/corners/circles too shallowly and then gets sprint-comboed or crit-chained. This model has specific heads for things like sprint-in crit pressure, walkdown traps, commit punishment, spacing safety, and lateral juke situations.

It is still experimental. The .pt file is just the model checkpoint, not a full client or plug-and-play module. You need compatible feature extraction, normalization, inference code, and action arbitration to actually use it.

Also, obvious note: use stuff like this in private/testing environments or places where automation is allowed. This is a model/research release, not an anti-cheat bypass or public-server griefing thing -> that being said, this model was trained entirely on human data, this means it can *technically* pass as "human", but it has inhuman-level of decision reactions. The model as serious constraints, this is more so me giving research data so other people can build on my work. link is at the top of the post. Show me the cool things you make with it ! <3
