Details:

• Location: GrandMarc at the Corner

• Great location: only 5 minutes walking distance to the Corner

• Rent: $895 per month per person

Availability:

• Bed 1 available from May 2 onwards

• Bed 2 available from May 7 onwards

Options:

• Short-term sublease from early May until end of July

• OR possibility to take over for the full 2026/2027 lease starting in May

So both summer sublease and longer-term option are available.
