First time grower in Northern California. I germinated four seeds and put them in grow bag out doors. They seemed to be doing great, in fact only 4 hours ago all four looked good. I checked 30 mins ago and was shocked to find that all of my Little guys were flopped over in critical condition. Why did this happen? Are they goners?

I came out side and my little guys were flopped over! What happened?! I checked only a couple of hours ago and they were fine. I walk out and they are flopped and look like they were pulled out? But all four?
