Gym: Full Body Session

Street: Running VO2 Max Intervals
Friday
Home: Tuck Planche / Planche Leans
Street: Hanging Straight Leg Raises
Saturday
Home: L-sit
Gym: Upper Body Session
Street: Zone 2 Run
Sunday
Gym: Lower Body Session
Street: Vertical Jumps, Zone 2 Run.
I also do light stretching for 20-30 minutes every morning.
