Hello guys! 17 years old, male. My main goal is to focus on bodybuilding, while being flexible and being able to run. I also want to start doing calisthenics. Here I provided my training plan. Question: is it enough for running and calisthenics? And how can I adjust it to achieve my goals?

Plan:

Monday

Home: Yoga (1 hour), Planche Leans, Hollow Body Hold

Street: Tuck Front Lever

Tuesday

Home: Ab Wheel Rollout, Hand Grippers

Street: Broad Jumps, High Pulls, Straight Bar Dips, False Grip Hang

Wednesday

Home: Chest-to-Wall Handstand

Gym: Full Body Session

Thursday

Street: Running VO2 Max Intervals

Friday

Home: Tuck Planche / Planche Leans

Street: Hanging Straight Leg Raises

Saturday

Home: L-sit

Gym: Upper Body Session

Street: Zone 2 Run

Sunday

Gym: Lower Body Session

Street: Vertical Jumps, Zone 2 Run.

I also do light stretching for 20-30 minutes every morning.
