Going insane so I can lock in and study for as long as possible.

First of all, I don't recommend this to people with functioning brains. I'm naturally cognizant of my own MH issues. As to how to go insane: stare at the wall for a minute or five, emptying your brain out until there's nothing left of it. I go crazy whenever I do that at the same time I treat it as some meditation for the brain. It makes me feel like I'm high enough to study, which I don't do quite often. Girl, I don't even know how to study properly or how top students do it. I don't even study that much in the first place. I just show up and carry the #yolo.

Coffee makes me feel sleepy so I drink it on the verge of going insane. As much as possible, I prepare my tools (notes, calcu, pens, etc.) so I won't talk and shout to myself. My goal is to go insane then study, not to go insane and literally never go sane again. I do use my phone still but only for taking selfies. Why, god forbid a woman wants to post her #studying sessions on her IG.

Spanish activist Ana Cuartas has spoken publicly since 2010 about being sexually abused by her own father starting around age 3 or 4, alongside years of physical and psychological abuse, and now campaigns for reform of Spain's child protection laws.

I Started Making Extra Money Through a Church Group

I joined a small church group because a friend kept inviting me to their weekend activities.

After a few weeks, people started asking if I could help with little paid jobs outside the meetings. Setting up chairs for events, driving older members to appointments, helping someone move boxes, cleaning up after gatherings.

Most jobs paid $20 to $50, usually cash.

It slowly turned into an extra $200 to $300 a month just from people in the group recommending me to each other.

I originally joined because I knew one person there. Somehow I ended up becoming the guy everyone calls when they need an extra pair of hands.

Document it. Make proof of your suffering. (Day 98)

I always remind my self it’s okay to suffer for awhile than suffering for a lifetime… This is what motivates me the most before even thinking of studying. Of working hard in general. If I’m being honest, it drives me to get work done in such an odd way.

It sounds kinda pointless if you think about it. Or maybe a waste of paper. But I do not think they are.. besides, the very point of this is for you to remember. It’s like a hand slapping you on both cheeks that you really have to take your life seriously. You’re in college. You’re big now. Don’t just go on dilly-dallying.

I actually print these pictures out when I have the time and write a short note on its back just to make sense of it. Hell, it feels good.

Definitely going to make an archive from these someday…

I found myself have a thing with consultation of any kind

Back in high school I able to help my friends and some strangers about their thoughts or things that they worried about some are about sex and some are how to have a friend and a teacher even asked me what's my idea of creating a better understanding of her students (I even sit in with them in class and I kid you not it was hilarious how chaotic the room is ) but because of my suggestion and persuasion to student and that specific teacher the idea I told her worked and ever since then I able to always think of a better way to solved things until I reached college though I kinda hesitant since the people there is way different, I dont charge people if for asking ideas like for thesis related? okay im on it , sex life? i guess yeah sure, conflict? as long as i am not gonna be the punchy bag hahaha

Moving on I able to help them by interviewing them and understanding their thought processes because we have different ways to interpret and understand things, I able to give them numerous solutions and blend it according to their interest or suitable behaviour and im just glad i did it and its really fulfilling !!! Though of course we cannot avoid being traumatized because they share their experiences and i am not gonna share it of course people's confidentiality.

But now im done with college it helps me realized that this side project even though risky in any way possible it helped me too to understand people around me have different paths to choose but neither of those paths are easy nor possible to pass without a scratch because even the rich one have always problems.
