Impact retention marketing on conversion rate?
I’m trying to understand how retention marketing affects conversion rate, especially beyond the first purchase or initial signup. A lot of marketing focuses on acquiring new customers, but retention campaigns like email flows, loyalty programs, personalized offers, win-back campaigns, and customer education may also influence how often people convert again.
For marketers, ecommerce operators, or SaaS teams: how much can retention marketing improve conversion rates over time? Which tactics usually have the biggest impact: segmentation, lifecycle emails, loyalty incentives, better onboarding, remarketing, or improving the post-purchase experience?
