The room is extra large and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, couch, and a built-in closet. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, a dishwasher, a pantry, and a kitchen table. There is also laundry available in the building. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the Fenway area, the Green and Orange Lines, and nearby grocery options like Whole Foods and Trader Joes.
Move in cost would be a security deposit and rent as the months go on. Pets are not allowed.
Rent is $1500/mo. The available dates are from May 12th to mid-August, and these are flexible.
