I live in a Tier-3 city and am planning to buy a River Indie Gen 3 for my wife. The nearest showroom/service centre is about 110 km away.

I spoke with a sales person about after sales support, and he assured me that they would send a service team for home visits whenever required.

Can existing River owners confirm whether this is actually reliable? Has anyone received doorstep service in a location far from a service centre?
