40 M, no blood pressure or family history . Indian origin

my LP(a) is 27 nmol/ml

LDL: 112

Apo(B): 87

i know LDL should be below 100 and apo(b) should be less than 80. But with hba1c 5.4 and no BP, should i be worried? at what level CAC is recommended
