So I’m currently involved in a case. The opposition is pro se, their real estate broker is communicating and negotiating with my lawyer as though they represent the pro se party in the action.

I have asked my lawyer about UPL and how to address it but the response I keep getting back is “well he’s not saying he’s representing them”. The guy is acting in a way that would’ve gotten me in trouble when I was a realtor 20 years ago and when I was a paralegal at a law firm.

Is this a situation where I report to the bar or should I keep bringing it up to my attorney?
