Does anyone know of where I could get a U rack professionally installed? For context, I have an open air courtyard (mixed concrete and brick) shared with some neighbors and I'd like to get a bike rack installed for us to share. The courtyard is not public, so the Seattle Bike Program isn't applicable.

It seems like I can get a simple U rack from Home depot for $200, but I have no idea how to install it myself nor do I have the equipment to do so. Does anyone know of a local business that could do the install?
