I was about to say I’m offering a one-year internship with no stipend or salary… but okay, jokes apart 😄. I’m currently looking for gym trainers or anyone with good experience who can guide me through my weight loss journey.

My current weight is 82 kg, my height is 5'7", and I’m a complete beginner with zero gym experience. I’m really motivated to start but don’t have the budget to afford a personal trainer right now. So just trying my luck here—if anyone is willing to guide, suggest a plan, or share tips, I’d really appreciate the support in getting started.
