For some reason when I play on higher frames such as 160 and above my frames seem to not be able to keep up and my games starts to get a little choppy, I have good components in my pc that can handle 240fps on 1440p and I only have about 30% gpu and cpu usage while doing so, the higher I put the frames though the more jumpy it gets on the left side of the slash it will go down like 50 and then go back to normal and then it keeps repeating that process.

When I look up my model it shows that in 1440p it can only go up to 110 as you can see in the photo above but that just like isn’t true because I can run 240fps with only 30% usage but I’m new to pc so if u guys know something I don’t lmk

My components are well cooled, I’ve disabled high texture res, all my ingame settings are on low, I truly don’t understand plz help.

So I have a 9800x3d and 9070xt which is more than enough to run 240fps on 1440p and when I play high frames it’s like my frames aren’t registering fast enough and I don’t know what to do it’s still playable but it’s choppy and not smooth. my gpu and cpu usage are both only at 30% when playing and also when I play on lower frames like 120 it is not very choppy it’s smooth so it’s only when it’s lots of frames like 240 even though my pc should be able to handle it? If there’s any question for me plz let me know
