Trying to ship advanced miners across 12LY.

Got ILVs and warpers at both ends. Have remote ship/receive set up at appropriate ends. Other items shipping just fine. I had this problem with laser turrets earlier in the game, never resolved. Any suggestions?

Is there a way to view which inter planetary and interstellar flights are currently en route.

Sometimes Ill send something out or request and it doesn't show as + or - on ILS.
