So I resigned on Thursday from my job. They asked me not to come at work from Friday although I have 3 months notice period and I asked them to send an email confirming notice period waiver if they don’t want me to come. I have clearly mentioned in my resignation email that I am ready to serve my notice period if required. I have sent the follow-ups and still no response and I have not gone to office from yesterday.
So I want to know:

1. Am I considered to be in notice period but in leave until I get the confirmation email of notice period waiver ? And get paid till then? Or can I claim that?
2. Are they cooking something ? if I don’t show up for a week can they file a case to mohre for not serving notice period?
3. Is it normal or am I thinking a lot?
4. What can be my next step?
5. What else should I consider for my settlement? I don’t want any problem.

Please guide me 🙏
