Hello, I will try to keep this short.

My grandfather died 3 years ago and the inheritance was split between his two children (my father and aunt) and my grandmother. There was no will.

My father passed away last year, and the inheritance was split between me and my sister.

The problem surfaced when another previously unknown relative, a hidden child of my grandfather with another woman, messaged my aunt after finding out about my grandfathers passing. The new inheritor is my grandfathers child on their birth certificate. Naturally she wants part of my grandfathers inheritance.

The question is, who chooses what part of the inheritance goes to the new beneficiary? The assets are evenly split into cash and land
