I’m coming in from out of town and was hoping to schedule my pickup and venue-specific training back-to-back, but both are currently at the same time.

I’m in Access Management, and I received an email saying venue-specific training can be completed before the first shift, so I’m wondering if it’s actually mandatory before starting or if pickup is the bigger priority. can I show up earlier than scheduled time and how long does it take?

Any insight from Philly volunteers would be really helpful. Thanks!
