WhaleC 130 gunship
Just finished one of my favorite designs so far ,a half mechanical whale inspired by an AC130 gunship.
The laser blast fires downward and the explosion becomes the stand, so it looks like the whale is flying mid-attack. I wanted it to feel cinematic and slightly ridiculous in the best possible way.
Took a lot of iteration to get the balance and silhouette right, but I’m really happy with how it turned out.
Curious what people think of the concept.
Ps : I broke the antenna at the top while removing the supports so I had to melt the calibration line on top if it 😫😂
