Is there any way to do this without contacting Ting support?

i've activated LPIII twice successfully, but alas...I seem to remember having to contact them directly both times so a human could remotely push some button to make it work. When trying this solo, I'm getting errors once i put the sim ICCID in.

I have the phone, I have the newly purchased Ting sim, everything i should need...TIA...
