Since last I played, the artifacts / relics mods have been reworked quite a lot, and one of the newer additions is the experience disperser. I generally really like it, and have been wandering around with 7 equipped to try out a lot of the new cool items and abilities, but I have discovered an extremely broken synergy with it. At rank 3, it unlocks an ability which allows it to transform a portion of player-gained XP to artifact xp and disperse it. This works really well, but it also works with sources that are not "new xp", in this case the JustDireThings experience holder. If I have the artifact equipped and I put in my 700 levels and just take them straight out, that counts as experience obtained, and can pretty much instantly take any artifact from lvl 1 -> rank limit, and it consumes nothing, so I could theoretically do this as many times as I wanted.
