Qatar Airways. A blessing In Disguise.

So… story time ✨

Every May, we plan a vacation with our kids—to escape the blistering heat of India. This year in February, we excitedly decided on Europe and booked our flights to Prague with Qatar Airways… completely unaware of what was coming.

Just 10 days later, news of conflict in the Middle East began to unfold. And with each passing day, there was this quiet, unspoken fear…What if our trip doesn’t happen?

Then on April 1st—it did.An email. Our flights were cancelled.

In that moment, we gave up hope. We thought… maybe this trip just isn’t meant to be. And we decided to go ahead with a refund.

BUT…

That’s when something unexpected happened.

We got in touch with Luisiana from Qatar Airways—and from the very first conversation, everything changed.

She was calm, reassuring, and so incredibly kind. She told us, “Don’t cancel your holiday. We’ll take care of it.”

And she meant it.

She stayed in touch, guided us through every option, and slowly replaced our worry with hope.

Then came the best part—Not only was our trip re-routed smoothly, but when the Goa–Doha route reopened, she made sure we were on that flight.

After a whole month of planning and sorting out our visas, we were finally ready to travel—with what we truly believe is the most trusted airline, Qatar Airways. For us, it’s always been the best choice for a family vacation—taking care of every little detail and making each journey memorable.

And today… here we are.In Prague.Happy. Grateful. And honestly, amazed.

Because this wasn’t just about rebooking flights. This was about being taken care of.

Thank you, Luisiana 🤍And thank you, Qatar Airways—for not just being an airline, but for truly showing up for us.
