As the title says, what's the best handheld currently on the market?

I'm looking to buy one that can basically be a mini pc, play games like rdr2, dbh, but also roblox and sims 4 with hopefully mods and packs. I'm not sure if this is something it but hopefully be able to use the internet.

I also want one that lasts quite a while

I have no budget so go wild
