Nectar White Glove Incompetence

Paid extra for Nectar's white glove delivery service via Home Hub. Initially scheduled for Wednesday I was then told it would arrive between 1 and 5 on Friday. I waited in all day and at 5 I called and was told it would be here by 7pm. It never arrived. Then this morning I was told by one Home Hub representative that it was never in fact out for delivery on Friday atall. Another rep told me they had no way of contacting the terminal? Absolutely woeful customer service, reflecting extremely badly on Nectar. Avoid at all costs.
