So basically i get super thick, clear mucus (almost like jello but like thicker?? Idk how to describe). Like every single day. I’ll feel my left nostril / sinus start to feel clogged and eventually I’ll be able to blow my nose and a very large gelatinous blob will come out. Only ever from my left nostril. I also get sinus headaches pretty often, but usually in my right eyebrow/unibrow area. Is this normal or should I see a doctor?? I am a teacher and my classroom always gets the extremes of the temperatures, like either super hot or super cold, so maybe it’s dry air??? Idk. But I’ve been getting the sinus headaches pretty often since college. Help
