138lbs to 128lbs

My journey started approximately a year and a half ago, I was 31 and went to my first physical in around 4 years. I weighed 144lbs and my doctor delicately brought up that in the four years I hadn’t been there I had gained over 20lbs. I don’t really have pictures from that time. I live in Wisconsin and find it difficult to get motivated in the winter time so last spring is when I started walking more (aiming for 10,000 steps/day) and doing light workouts from YouTube (dumbbells workouts, yoga, Pilates types.) I actually got down to 124lbs doing a modified 75 hard but when my dog got sick I stopped walking as much and slowly bad eating habits and being sedentary after work crept back up and I gained around 10lbs back. This spring I got my motivation back again 🙌🏼 been focusing on protein, 10,000 steps daily, and simple yet heavier dumbbell workouts. Trying to not pay as much attention to the scale but feeling good and clothes fit so much better. Really excited to keep up the routine and see where it takes me ❤️
