Employers and 2L grade drop from 1L

Long story short, I got hired over 1L winter break for my 1L summer job, they gave me a return offer for 2L summer, and they haven't seen anything except my 1L fall grades (they've never asked for an updated transcript, even for my 2L return offer). My 1L fall I somehow knocked it out of the park and got a mix of all A grades. Since then the curve has caught up to me and I've had at least one B/B+ each semester, while also still getting various A-/A/A+ grades. However I'm getting increasingly anxious because I assume they'll want to see my transcript in order to (fingers crossed) extend a post-grad offer because I'm worried they expected a straight A student and will see anything else as "slipping." At the same time, I'm still well above median GPA-wise. It's not like I've slacked off, I feel like I just got lucky fall 1L and just happened to "click" with all the subjects and profs.

How worried should I be? I had my biggest drop 1L spring, but since then have gradually improved each semester, just haven't hit my peak 1L fall grades/GPA again. I did overload myself a bit in 2L with law review + a job on top of a full course load, and also took some notoriously difficult classes, so that's kinda on me. For context: T20 school and not at a biglaw firm, but a fairly large and well-respected one regionally that I really enjoy working at and want to stay with long term.
