I splurged on the Langham Spa Signature Escape and I am so excited but this is my first time at a luxury spa. What’s the etiquette? My appointment starts at 3:15 - can I show up as early at 11 am to utilize the amenities? Can I swim, shower, get ready for my appointment? Is there a typical time limit? What do you wear under a robe? lol a million questions
