Cousin,s wife got scammed by Famous Youtube Trade by Sci

So my wife was following and watching Trade by Sci and she found his telegram account and joined it where he has pinned message that message me to find our investment plan.
So he told her investment payment initial is 200$ and you will get 4800$ and his team will get 10% payment from profit . He has verified with blue tick profile. She told me and got money from me i told her its scam. so he got 200$ from her and then ask her 480$ but she said i have no more money and somehow he managed and told her to bring 100$ and i will send profit and he sent fake coins to her wallet which show 0.00$ value on explorer . she has all the screen shots. now hes not replying and he also made new personal id and said he has only this ID which is not with blue tick and claiming that scammers are using his name. i told her that's bullshit and you are not getting that money back. but now she is crying and depress so. what else i can do to help her. is there way you can report this. i am 100% sure there are others too. if someone seeing this and got scammed by him lets put complain together . and what are the suggestions? Why i am 100% sure its him because he blocked her from scammer id and also from his own ID on telegram. and now he is claming that he doesnt offer any investment plan.
