Hi I'm an incoming masters student looking for a 1 bedroom apartment. My budget is 2.5k. Never lived in the bay area before.

I found this place called Cerrito Vista, they have units over 600 sq ft with a patio, which is rly nice. It's on San Pablo ave in El Cerrito. I think the building has been around for at least 3 years, however, there is no review on google maps or any other websites. I found this rly odd but has anyone lived there?? I'm abt to sign my lease and a little anxious abt this apartment.

Also considering the bridge at emeryville and aquatic 4th street/higby. Please lmk if you know anything abt these apartment thx!!
