I loved Rose in Chains, Alchemised, Firebird for their romances struggling in a darker society.
I loved Silver Elite for their powers, along with Fourth Wing as well for the same reasons.
Basically, I am looking for a book with a strong male lead and a smarter female lead - maybe in a society where they are either at odds with one another or their love is forbidden or a chance meeting? And it would be an added plus if they have magical powers or are supernatural.

Loki x OC fanfic is just usually really cute with a uuhh "strong" male lead. I like witty banter, definitely love enemies to lovers because it creates chances for banter usually too!
