Hi, Right in the moving process, I found those spare parts that I wanted to sell and made up my mind. I'll sell the heavy ST-62 MN VW body & neck (Harley Benton) separately and reuse this spare damaged lighter body (not visible, under the pickguard) and this neck instead. The pickups are Waaah pickups from AliX, supposedly vintage 60s à la Jimi. Next step : switching to mint green pickguard

I had to change my neck again. Previous one was a gorgeous glossy flamed maple neck, but way too thick. So decided to go back to dark. I think it fits better the character of this guitar rocking its hot rails out !

Last finishing touch on my new build : what do you think ? Wanted something more personal than the plain/sunburst ones I already have. The pickups are V70 clones that I quite like. They are loud and fit the more modern/aggressive look of the body I think.

I got rid of the Harley Benton chunky neck in favour of this roasted maple neck. Straight and comfortable it plays great, I'm happy to see her back in the game (locking tuners coming soon too).
