So one of the managers at my place of employment created a group chat with only black people. It is considered a requirement to join. At first no one really cared but there has been multiple instances of drama created in the workplace because of this groupchat. I believe it is affecting how multiple people do there jobs. I am not sure if this is discrimination or not.

Personally I don’t really care but everyone person seems to be affected by the drama the groupchat creates. Do I report this to hr ?
