after submitting your passport and documents in London (Romanian Embassy)) for schengen visa for romania - how long does it take to receive the visa?

Hi, has anyone had any experience of applying for romania schengen or uniform visa online through their evisa portal?

I have sent in the application form, but could not upload the files as they were really big and therefore, could not upload the documents online. Has anyone had this experience?

I have since emailed them. but no response.

Now the system reads sent for validation, but heard nothing back? How long does it take to hear back and what happens if I could not upload any of the files online? I am so stressed as I need to travel on 6 June for my best friend's wedding.
